Why Wait For Spring?
In our Uxbridge market, we are experiencing a low supply of available houses and a lot of interested buyers.
The Toronto Real Estate Board has published the Housing Market Stats for January. It shows an active market, greatly improved from Jan 09. Take a look at the charts to see how the market is doing.

Kathy - I've been thinking of posting the new charts for a while. I quickly looked at your HTML coding (or more likely Barrie's coding) and thought it was a sensible way to create the links to the actual charts.
Does Photoshop Elements create all of the coding for frames around the graphs? I've never used Elements. Does Barrie use it for all of your website graphics?
Marc - Photoshop is one of several programs he uses alomg with several Microsoft programs. I know he often plays with the formating and code for some time until he gets it looking the way he wants. He also like the material to be on or sites so he spent part of today building/uploading this
Thanks Kathy. I like the market stats presentation.
John - Stats are only Part of the picture but they do represent trends.
Kathy,
I am very impressed with your post.
It is very professional. I really think it looks great!
